The group of companies is within vertically-integrated. Enterprises produce and processes two main types of raw materials for the production of mineral fertilizers — apatite concentrate and ammonia.
Target: Reconstruction and technical re-equipment of Repair Department for fittings
Purposes:
- Revision and repair of fittings (dampers, taps), reverse valves, safety valves, considering peak loads during units repair «in chain».
- Reduction of lost profit risk because of technological units down time during repairs due to insufficient capacity and effectiveness of the existing area of valves and fittings revision and repair.
Nominal productivity of the areas:
valves and piping – 30 pc./ per shift
safety valves – 10 pc./ per shift
